Client Services Manager (CSM)

As a Client Services Manager (CSM) you will play an essential part of our Eclat Team.   This role has direct client facing responsibility and is ultimately accountable for ensuring all client needs are addressed in a thorough and timely manner. The CSM must be a subject matter expert in Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangements and the internal processes related to

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key point of contact for all existing and prospective clients
  • Proactively inform clients on progress using effective communications, as well as organizing and leading status meetings, teleconferences
  • Document all activities in Salesforce.com, including client info, calls, meetings, and tours
  • Maintain close contact with our client base post-sale in person, via phone, email, skype in order to ensure that all needs are met and exceed expectations
  • Able to promote our brand  while building stronger relationships and networking through business related events
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team to generate  the best results to assist with the preparation of sales packets, welcome letters, promotional activities to clients and prospects

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 + years of client management experience in the healthcare sector
  • Previous knowledge of medical coding and HIM in order to speak and understand medical terminology
  • Strong client management skills and very detail-oriented
  • Able to prioritize their time and keep up with the fast paced and competitive environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Salesforce, or related CRM software
  • Ability to work holidays or weekends when necessary

Preferred Requirements:

  • Able to work on-site
